Senior Planet from AARP helps older adults harness the power of technology no matter their socioeconomic circumstances, geography, educational background, or age. The courses, programs, and activities help seniors learn new skills, save money, get in shape, and make new friends.
Starting August 9th, Senior Planet will offer a Digital Essentials course, designed specifically for older adult caregivers age 60+ and care recipients. The course will meet twice per week over Zoom. Training sessions will demonstrate how digital tools and platforms make everyday tasks easier and can be used to improve your physical and mental well-being.
